The coaches are amazing they are hard but fair they expect decipline and they teach life lessons not only jiu jitsu. It’s feels like a one big family. Pete and Mary the owners are great people and will bend over backwards to help anyone out. Pete is a great black belt his teaching methods are serious but we have tons of laughs aswell it’s ablaid back atmosphere and everyone there shows repect to one another I’ve trained a lot of different places and I finally found a home for myself and my 9 year old daughter who also loves it there. I recommend it to anyone and everyone not only for the art but for the team camaraderie

We have signed up our son with Submissions in October 2017 and have been very pleased with his progress. Peter and his team's passion for teaching the art of BJJ shines through and is evident from the moment we walked in. We were very surprised to see how in depth and detailed the comp classes are.
